This is a house I had driven past for many years. I moved out of the area for a few years only to move back and find the house in the same state. My father had been rescuing houses for years, since the downturn in the economy. I showed him the house and we took on the project. Rehabilitation turned into a much larger, and costly, project than either of us anticipated but it was a fun job nonetheless.
