This is the second house I built/designed to sell on my own in 2007. I was pretty pleased with the outcome, despite going over budget and passing my deadline I had set for myself. I have lost many of the pics I had of this project but here are some.

The Reserve Project was another collaboration with my father. Every piece of wood in the photos below–and every project promoted on this site–has been designed and installed by my father or by me. We don’t do sheet rock or electrical/plumbing and for the tricky tile work, we sub-contract to a master tile layer, but every thing else is constructed by our team.
